I made this series of these roadkill paintings because I had been drawing these weird one eyed bird people for several years and it should be obvious but I find sex and violence extremely visually stimulating. I wanted to make paintings where I felt like I was committing the violence. I felt like I was running these poor little bird people over with my paint brush and sick imagination.
